Description

This measure consists in the replacement of inefficient windows (e.g. aluminium frame without thermal brake and single glazing) for an efficient one with solar control double glazing and aluminium frames with thermal brake. Solar control glasses have the property of reflecting part of the energy of the received solar radiation, decreasing the amount of energy that passes through the glass. A typical transmittance of this type of windows is U=1.8 W/m2K.
