Description

Generally, these types of heaters are inefficient, ineffective, and in some cases, unsafe. If occupants are in an air conditioned space (or one that is centrally heated) and find conditions a little chilly, they should not resort to personal heaters. The air-conditioning system will only work against the personal heater by drawing the warm air away.
